Translate your competencies into job tasks
In this workshop, you will receive help to identify and communicate your strengths, making it easier for you to articulate which tasks you can assist an employer with.
The workshop is hands-on and interactive, focusing on:

Self-reflection and analysis
Identify your personal and professional strengths through targeted exercises.

Translation tools
Learn concrete methods to articulate your competencies and experiences in a way that shows companies how your competencies can create value for them.
The goal is for you to leave the workshop with a clearer idea of your competencies and how to communicate them, along with tools to continue working on this at home.
Practicalities
- We will give you some tools and pieces of advice, but we will not have any open positions with us
- Bring your laptop and expect involvement
- There are sandwiches – also vegan and vegetarian
- Please bring your own bottle for the free water from the canteen water fountain
