This year's Hackathon for AAU TECH student is kicking off the 22 - 23 November 2024! The theme is Impact on Sydhavnen with a special focus on solving real sustainability challenges in Sydhavnen, as proposed by local politicians.

The event will start Friday at 14:00 - 23:00 o'clock and will conclude on Saturday 08:00 - 19:00 o'clock. There's a prize pool of 5000 DKK, and free food and materials will be provided during the entire event.  This is a great chance to meet other students from TECH, engage with local policymakers, and train your problem solving skills.

You will not need a team to sign up, as these will be formed at the start of the hackathon.

What is a hackathon

A hackathon is a combination of the words “hack” and “marathon”. In a hackathon, you and your team will work intensively over the course of 1,5 days to “hack” or solve a challenge, with your team’s unique combination of skills.

The hackathon is hosted by the TECH event group at AAU CPH.

What is TECH?

Unsure of whether or not you're a part of TECH? We've got you!
